What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
We provide a free 12-month limited warranty on all devices purchased through our store. This covers any internal hardware defects or malfunctions that occur through normal use.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What is your return policy?
